Welcome to Simoniz Online Claim System!

You have 3 ways to file a claim with Simoniz.

  1. (Highly recommend)Online by filling out the required information below. Filing online is the fastest and most efficient way.
  2. Via Mail or Fax- Follow these instructions
    1. A letter stating:
      1. Customer name, address, and phone number
      2. Year, make and model of vehicle
      3. Description of damage on vehicle
      4. A copy of the customer’s warranty
      5. A repair estimate from a repair facility / detail shop. Please be sure the complete V.I.N is on the estimate.
    2. Once you have all the required information you can submit it here or email it to: claims@simoniz.com. If you select to file your claim via fax, please submit all required documents to: (860) 643-3886.
