Submit a Claim
Welcome to Simoniz Online Claim System!
To file a claim we require 3 items:
- A letter stating:
- Customer name, address, and phone number
- Year, make and model of vehicle
- Description of damage on vehicle
- A copy of the customer’s warranty
- A repair estimate from a repair facility / detail shop. Please be sure the complete V.I.N is on the estimate.
